Welcome to PlungePro. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

 

1. Company Information

PlungePro operates as an online retailer of premium dual-zone hot tub and cold plunge systems. All products are manufactured and fulfilled by our authorized production partners.

 

2. Products & Custom Manufacturing

All PlungePro products are custom-built to order based on customer specifications. Once an order is placed, production begins and the unit is manufactured specifically for the customer.

Because of the custom nature of our products, all sales are final once production has started.

 

3. Orders & Payments

By placing an order on PlungePro.ca, you agree that:
• You authorize PlungePro to process payment for your order
• Your order will be submitted for manufacturing immediately after payment confirmation
• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars unless otherwise stated
• Financing options are provided by third-party payment providers

PlungePro reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.


4. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping terms.

This includes:
• Freight transportation
• Customs clearance
• Import duties
• Insurance
• Final delivery to your address

Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on manufacturing schedules, logistics conditions, and destination.

 

5. Warranty

PlungePro products include a limited parts-only manufacturer warranty.

During the warranty period:
• The manufacturer is responsible for factory defects and product failures
• Replacement parts will be provided when required

After the warranty period:
• Replacement parts may be purchased by the customer
• Shipping costs for replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer

Warranty coverage does not include damage caused by misuse, improper installation, lack of maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.


6. Damaged or Defective Units

If a unit arrives damaged or defective:
• The manufacturer will handle the shipping claim
• Replacement parts or units will be provided when required
• The customer must notify PlungePro within 48 hours of delivery

PlungePro is not responsible for damage caused after delivery due to customer handling, installation, or misuse.


7. Returns & Cancellations

Because all products are custom-built to order:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
• Returns are not accepted except in cases of shipping damage or factory defects
• Refunds are only issued if the order cannot be fulfilled

Customer refusal to accept delivery without valid cause may result in loss of deposit or full payment.


8. Limitation of Liability

PlungePro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

 

9. Installation & Use

Customers are responsible for ensuring:
• Proper electrical connection by a licensed electrician
• Proper installation according to manufacturer guidelines
• Proper maintenance and care

PlungePro is not responsible for damages caused by improper installation or misuse.

 

 

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Canada.
