How is shipping handled?

We ship using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.

This includes:
• International freight
• Customs clearance
• Import duties
• Insurance
• Final delivery to your address

There are no surprise fees at delivery.

 

 

What happens if my unit arrives damaged?

If your unit arrives damaged or defective:
• Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
• Send photos of the packaging and damage
• The manufacturer will handle the shipping claim
• Replacement parts or units will be provided when required


What warranty is included?

All PlungePro units include a limited manufacturer parts-only warranty.
• Factory defects are covered
• Replacement parts are provided when required
• Labor and installation are not included

After the warranty period, replacement parts may be purchased.


Do you accept returns?

Because all units are custom-built to order:
• Orders cannot be cancelled once production begins
• Returns are not accepted except for shipping damage or factory defects
