Returns & Refund Policy
At PlungePro, all products are custom-built to order and manufactured specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, our return and refund policy is strictly governed by manufacturing and shipping conditions.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Custom-Built Products
All PlungePro products are manufactured to order.
Once an order is placed and production has started:
• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Orders cannot be refunded
• Changes to specifications may not be possible
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your unit is custom-built specifically for you.
Returns
We do not accept returns for reasons including, but not limited to:
• Change of mind
• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Buyer’s remorse
• Installation issues
• Electrical requirements
• Space or access limitations
Returns are only accepted in cases of:
• Shipping damage
• Factory defects
Damaged or Defective Units
If your unit arrives damaged or defective:
• You must notify PlungePro within 48 hours of delivery
• You must provide photos of the packaging and damage
• The manufacturer will handle the shipping claim and replacement process
Replacement parts or units will be provided when required.
Delivery Refusal
If a customer refuses delivery without valid cause:
• The order is considered fulfilled
• Refunds will not be issued
• The customer may be responsible for return freight and restocking costs
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:
• The product cannot be manufactured
• The product cannot be delivered
• A confirmed manufacturing defect cannot be resolved
Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in:
• Order cancellation
• Loss of deposit or full payment
• Account restriction
PlungePro reserves the right to dispute all chargebacks with documentation.
