At PlungePro, we specialize in premium, custom-built dual-zone hot tub and cold plunge systems. Each unit is manufactured to order and delivered directly to your location using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping.
Manufacturing & Production Time
All PlungePro products are custom-built to order.
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed:
• Your unit is submitted for manufacturing
• Production typically takes approximately 25–30 days
Production timelines may vary depending on order volume and manufacturing schedules.
Shipping Method (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)
All orders are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping terms.
DDP shipping includes:
• International freight transportation
• Customs clearance
• Import duties and taxes
• Shipping insurance
• Final delivery to your address
There are no additional import fees or customs charges due upon delivery.
Estimated Delivery Time
After production is complete, shipping typically takes approximately 30–40 days depending on destination and logistics conditions.

Approximately 55–70 days from order confirmation
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
Delivery Process
• Delivery is made curbside or to the closest accessible location at your property
• The carrier will contact you in advance to schedule delivery
• Someone must be present to receive and inspect the shipment
Damaged or Defective Shipments
If your unit arrives damaged or defective:
• You must notify PlungePro within 48 hours of delivery
• Please provide photos of the packaging and damage
• The manufacturer will handle the shipping claim and replacement process
Replacement parts or units will be provided when required.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
• Providing accurate delivery information
• Ensuring site accessibility for delivery
• Inspecting the unit upon arrival
• Arranging professional installation and electrical connection
Delivery Delays
Delivery timelines may be affected by:
• Customs inspections
• Port congestion
• Weather conditions
• Carrier scheduling
