Warranty Policy

PlungePro offers a limited manufacturer warranty on all dual-zone hot tub and cold plunge systems. This warranty is provided by our manufacturing partner and applies only to factory defects and product failures under normal use.

 

Warranty Coverage

During the warranty period:
• The manufacturer is responsible for factory defects and product failures
• Replacement parts will be provided when required
• Warranty applies only to original purchasers

This warranty is a parts-only warranty and does not include labor, installation, or service costs.


Warranty Period

The standard warranty period is provided by the manufacturer and begins on the date of delivery.

Warranty details and coverage duration are specified in your product documentation.

 

What Is Covered
• Factory defects
• Manufacturing-related failures
• Defective components under normal use

 

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
• Damage caused by improper installation or electrical connection
• Normal wear and tear
• Cosmetic damage after delivery
• Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Freezing damage due to improper winterization


Warranty Claims

If a warranty issue occurs during the warranty period:
• Contact PlungePro at support@plungepro.ca
• Provide your order number and description of the issue
• Provide photos or videos if requested

The manufacturer will review the claim and provide replacement parts when applicable.

 

 

After Warranty Period

After the warranty period expires:
• Free repairs or replacement parts are not provided
• Customers may purchase replacement parts directly
• Shipping costs for replacement parts are the responsibility of the customer


Limitation of Liability

PlungePro is not responsible for labor, service, installation, or removal costs related to warranty repairs.
